Mother-Baby Play Group facilitated by Meredith Baker

Tuesday & Thursday afternoons,  2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Family Birth Center Waiting Room
Skagit Valley Hospital, Mount Vernon (come in the door at the N. 14th Street entrance and take the elevator to the third floor).

This is a drop-in group for first time mothers of babies birth to one year.  We encourage parents of younger babies to come on Tuesdays and those of older babies to come on Thursdays. Bring a little blanket for your baby so he or she can lie down on the floor with you.  This is a group for information, support; friendship and play; you'll learn some simple songs and nursery rhymes that your baby will love.
Dad's and caretakers are always welcome. If you have questions, please call, 360-419-3324, or just come to the group. 

Many times I hear mothers say, "I really wanted to come to the group, but I didn't want to go alone."  If you feel like this, then please come anyway. Everyone who has been to the group, has felt the same , shy and hesitant to come to the group alone. But once you are there, your loneliness will go away. You'll have a chance to meet other mothers who probably have the same questions you do.  

The Mother-Baby group meets in the Waiting Room at the Family Birth Center, Skagit Valley Hospital. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, turn left to the birth center and then turn left again to the waiting room.
